ISP International Space Propulsion Limited was formed in October 2001 to provide space propulsion engineering services primarily within Europe.

Since its inception, the Company has expanded to meet both market and client’s requirements. In 2001, the Company performed a single subsystem engineering support role on the procurement and provision of propulsion equipment to the Radarsat 2 programme. By 2008, the Company had grown to 5 full-time (and the retention of service of one Part-time) Consultant Engineers working with various European clients, in Design and Procurement Engineering; Production; Test and Launch; Project Management; Chemistry; and Mechanical Services.

In 2007, European Astrotech Limited was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary, to manage the Westcott facility on behalf of ISP and to perform the chemistry and other propellant-based services and equipment maintenance.

The Company continues to strive to identify and develop both its markets and Customer base.
